Our Story
Sensible Home Solutions was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to bring honesty, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service back to the contracting industry. After years of seeing homeowners misled, overcharged, or left in the dark, we knew there had to be a better way—and we set out to build it.
What began as a focused effort in roofing and siding quickly grew into something more. As we built trust within our community, our customers began asking for help in other areas of their homes. We listened. Today, Sensible Home Solutions proudly offers a full range of residential services, including exterior solutions, HVAC, Electrical, ADUs, Additions, and more all with the same dedication to transparency, quality, and care.

CoFounder Will Medugno
Haverhill, MA native Will Medugno has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. He specializes in all exterior facets of the home, whether it’s roofing, siding, windows, or even remodels.
Will plays a part in nearly all aspects of the operation, from home consultations and back-end office work to lending a helping hand during installations. He puts his heart and soul into every project and treats your house like it’s his own.
CoFounder Billy Markussen
Originally from Arlington, MA, now residing in Derry, NH, Billy Markussen grew up in the HVAC industry. He specializes in all heating and cooling facets of the home, whether it’s central air, heat pumps, boilers, or home automation.
Billy handles the business and operational side of Sensible Home Solutions, ensuring the business stays aligned with its core values with every new service offered to clients.
