Expert Velux Skylight Installer Serving New Hampshire, Massachusetts & Maine

Bring Sunlight Into Your Home With Professional Skylight & Sun Tunnel Installation

Our Natural Light Solutions

We offer two primary ways to transform dark spaces into bright, inviting areas: traditional skylights for large impact and sun tunnels for targeted light.

Pre-Installation Assessment & Planning

We start with a detailed inspection to determine the optimal placement for your skylight or sun tunnel considering roof slope, framing, structural supports, and interior layout. We coordinate with you to choose the right product, such as a manual or vented skylight, fixed skylight, or sun tunnel to best match your home and lighting goals.

Installation of Skylight or Sun Tunnel with Weather-Resistant Flashing

We install high-quality skylights & sun tunnels from VELUX, complete with professional flashing, underlayment, and sealing to ensure water- and weather-tight integrity  even through New England’s toughest winters.

Professional Removal & Framing Preparation

If needed, we carefully remove existing roofing or roofing components at the installation area. We prepare the framing and roof deck to safely support the new skylight or tunnel. All work complies with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.

Interior Finishing

Our team ensures proper insulation, sealing, and finishing around the skylight or tunnel to prevent drafts, leaks, or heat loss. We coordinate with any interior crews (for drywall, painting, trim) as needed.
